Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find a search function on here but if I have 2 special Metal Energys attached to my active pokemon, and the special metal energy reduces 10 HP from attacks does it then instead reduce to 20HP with the 2 special energys?
 
Yes, but only if the SME is attached to a Metal Pokemon. The text doesn't say anything about the decreasing damage stacking.

So does it stack or not? And yes I know if its attached to a metal pokemon.
 
Yes, the decreasing damage does stack. 2 SME means -20 damage done to you.
 
Yes they stack

So if you have 2 Special Metal Energies attached to a Metal pokemon, you would reduce damage by 20. If you had 3, it would be 30 and if you had 4 it would be 40.
