Oh boy, here we go again...
And it's only going to get worse if you ask me, that video of people clearing out those Costco-exclusive 151 tin bundles just breaks my heart.
If TPCi cares about its players and collectors they'd bump up the pull rate but I really doubt that'll happen unless people actually step away from their screens, get off their butts, travel over to TPCi's HQ, and protest these changes in person (and many other changes made to the IP that they find abhorrent).

I'd say yes to an extent, judging by the release schedule it's very likely but there's always a chance a subset could end up like Shrouded Fable.Prismatic Evolutions
- Sub set; means bigger chance for a reprint/restock
I doubt that. Eevee and its evolutions are major draws to the IP (just look at Let's Go Eevee for example) and they're some of the few cards that, outside of a single Eevee Illustration Rare from Twilight Masquerade, don't have a Double rare or higher card in the SV-era.- made according to fan wishes
I'll yield to this, the fact that Pokémon Center sold out of their initial exclusive ETBs are a big indicator of that.- Hyped, because it's an affordable version (for now) of evolving skies
Yeah... no. The pull rates in Temporal Forces and future sets were altered due to the unwashed swine that are investors squealing that Illustrator Rares and Secret Illustrator Rares were just too easy to pull in SVI-PAR and Shrouded Fable having similar pull rate problems showed us that not even subsets were immune to this change.- Higher pullrates like every subset
