Strategy:

This deck is a pretty common idea in standard and I wanted to get it geared for expanded so I could take it to Spring Regionals this season. I'm looking for a turbo engine for max consistency and I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks for any ideas!

First of all, you have 37 Trainers listed, not 35. Secondly, your list is solid (excluding the 2 extra Trainers), IMO. I'd suggest dropping 1 Battle Compressor and 1 Dark Patch (unlike Max Elixir, you will have 100% of knowing that you will be able to attach a D energy from your discard pile).

Ideally speaking, incorporating a few Trainer's Mail would help you access needed Items (e.g., Battle Compressor) to hep you discard D energy faster. Maybe -1 Ultra Ball and -1 Level Ball for +2 Trainer's Mail perhaps.
