Speed Darkrai

Random Receiver VS Skyla ends up being merely a preference question. Darkrai thins the deck more than enough early on to be really easy finding the catchers

Oh really?

Skyla is not that good in Darkrai

Seriously, though. Some people don't like N or Juniper, and it is to an extent preference for them to play them in smaller counts, but there are still advantages to playing them. Whether or not you chose to play it, Skyla is still good.

Darkrai decks are unable to effectively tech for the Klink Klang match up while maintaining consistency and the ability to perform well against other decks. Even if you devote lots of space to beat Klink Klang the match up is still very bad for Darkrai. If you want to play Darkrai then play a straight up consistent list. If your meta is infested with Klink Klang decks then play Rayeels with Victini or Garbador.

So I'm running a 3-1 hammer line so do you think that there is a better option than that, I feel like it helps the KK matchup but it is also nice to have against other decks as well

Where are your skylas? I would take out a dark energy and a bianca to run two skylas. There are situations where skyla is not useful but you cant expect that computer search to pop up out of nowhere.

Just play one of the current meta's that you feel most comfortable with, they all could win given the right hand, depending on yoru play style if you want a fast attack deck but your weakness is the donk factor then I'd play blastouise, If you wanna play a LITTLE slower dark-rai deck that the donk factor is low, but you are forced to think more ahead then play Dark-rai, Also Big basic is a good all around deck that is a little of both (Hard hitting and requires lots of thinking),Tho if I had the cards I'd probably go with garbadore/big basic exspecailly if you dont see a lot of garbador plays in your area, It stops a lot of top meta decks atm and can hit for high dmg. But like I said its up to you which style you wanna play that fits you better.

I play bicycle engine so my deck is really fast this is my list:

4 Darkrai EX
3 Sableye
1 Keldeo EX
1 Absol (Plasma Freeze)

4 Professor Juniper
3 N
1 Skyla
1 Random Receiver

2 Virbank City Gym

4 Ultra Ball
4 Hypnotoxic Laser
4 Bicycle
4 Energy Switch
4 Dark Patch
3 Pokemon Catcher
2 Crushing Hammer
2 Dark Claw
1 Energy Search
1 Computer Search

11 Darkness Energy

I hope that people use the new Absol coming out for Plasmaklang and a higher chance at dealing early pressure damage the card works really good but is manageable without it so I only run one. Bicycle is one of my favorite cards in this deck due to the speed it contributes to this deck.
