When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

i would play an extra hex and lysandre because we no longer have compressor to put them in discard for vs seeker. also, 4 rays would be ideal, and play the colorless one as the fourth just in case you cant get a megaray out to attack, a line of raichu wwould be nice, and a zoro break could help out in a primal kyogre match or anything similiar. Also, one sacred ash is a little low. Overall,
+1 colorless ray
+1 zoroark break
+1 lysandre
+1 hex maniac

+2 raichu
+1 sacred ash
then, 6 cuts need to be made so,

-1 float
-1 UB

I should have said one or two copies of ninja boy would be in this list as well. Didn't have it at the time of the screen shot. Interesting opinion. I'll have to do further testing
you make a good point. My reasoning for the dragon type Rays was to prevent the x2 damage from lightning

It is.
Also, I would suggest not adding Zoroark BREAK, it isn't very useful and you would barely every get it out.

+1 Ninja Boy / Pokémon Ranger - STS Supporter that can switch out Basic Pokémon in play / nullifies any currently active effects
+1 Super Rod - discarded Pokémon recovery
+1 Rayquaza EX - should should be maxed-out
