Pokemon: 11
Same as most other Yveltal-EX decks, power up the big boys and go to town! With this deck, though, I try to draw through the deck as fast as possible, so I can get the Yveltal-EXs powered up as fast as possible.
I run a heavy 4 Yveltal-EX line, so that I'm never short on attacking with them. I've considered running 3, but I don't want to be stuck with 1 or 2 prized. With 4 in my deck, I shouldn't have a shortage.
The 2 baby yveltals and Darkrai-EXs are fairly standard for the deck. I run 2 Darkrai-EXs instead of 1 for better odds of having it in my deck since it's vital for Keldeo's ability.
My reasoning for the Mewtwo-EX and Keldeo-EX... I run Mewtwo-EX because it's a single energy attacker that can dish high damaged attacks. If an Yveltal-EX gets knocked out, and I don't have any other pokemon setup, I can throw Mewtwo-EX out and get an attack off for 1 DCE. I run Keldeo-EX to break status conditions, and I receive free retreat thanks to Darkrai-EXs ability.
As you can tell, I run very heavy item draw lines because I want to be able to never have a dead hand, and I can run through my deck very easily. I've considered running Trainers' Mail, but I always go back to Acro Bike since it has more versatility. I've also gone with shadow circle over LaserBank since lightning types are going to be out in full force, and I would get smoked by Manectric and Raichu.
