Speedccino (Cinccino B/W)

This is a deck that I would like to use once I get all the cards. Cinccino is, by far, my favorite Gen.5 Pokemon. So I'm glad that there is a good version of it released.

SPEEDCCINO

Decklist:
4 Jirachi (Rising Rivals)
4-4 Cinccino (Black and White)
2-1 Luxray GL Lv.X (Rising Rivals)
1-1 Dialga G Lv. X (Platinum)
3 Crobat G (Platinum)
2 Uxie (Legends Awakened)
1 Azelf (Legends Awakened)
23 Pokemon

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Twins
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 PokeTurn
3 Power Spray
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Ruins of Alph
2 Junk Arm
1 Luxury Ball
28 Trainer

4 Double Colorless Energy
1 Lightning Energy
2 Metal Energy
2 Rescue Energy
9 Energy

Strategy: Start with Jirachi, and get me all set up with Detour, by using Pokemon Collector. Once it faints, grab a Twins, and set up everything I need, which is mostly Cinccinos, though some Luxrays, Uxies and Crobats are welcomed as well.

Using Double Colorless, Cinccino can start smacking away for 80+ right away. But, it maxes out at 100 damage, which is short of killing a lot of things in one attack. And because of Cinccino's low 80HP, I can't afford to a) let it take a hit, or b) use Expert Belt and give up 2 prizes. Which is where the Crobats come in. Between Crobats, PokeTurn, and Junk Arm, I can quickly eliminate common threats, such as Luxray GL, Gengar Prime (with Ruins of Alph), and Reshiram (Be careful, because Outrage will hurt if you can't completely kill it).

Dialga is a tech against Gengar Prime. Because I need so many Pokemon, I can't let them go in the Lost Zone. So, by shutting off its body, I can attack it relentlessly, until Dialga is eliminated (and with 120HP, it will take a while on the bench).

Luxray is a tech letting me damage whatever I want on my opponent's side, essentially giving me a free prize. Luxray's inclusion also introduces Power Spray, which stops my opponent from setting up their Uxies, or Flash Biting Cinccino with Crobat G, as well as stopping Palkia G from eliminating half my bench.

Going along with the above, I need my Pokemon and fast. Ideally, I want two Cinccinos fully ready at all times. But its a pain to get them out of the discard pile. As far as I know, there isn't a way to retrieve DCE from the discard, but Rescue Energy does let me recycle Cinccinos, so that two are always available.

Ruins of Alph negates resistance. Since Cinccino lacks a resistance, it isn't affected by it. Notably, this lets Cinccino OHKO Gengar after 3 Crobat drops. It and Rescue Energy are what keep the deck competitive.

So that's basically my Cinccino deck, a deck that I am very excited to use one I get all the cards. I will definitely be testing on Redshark once I get the expansion for Black and White, so if you want to play, let me know.

(Because of the prevalence of Sableye, I feel that Jirachi is the best starter for this deck, because it is easily donked by Sableye, which results in a quicker setup with Twins)

I really like this card and plan on building a deck using him and Honchkrow. I agree with the crobats too, as I would rather get that extra ten damage with a bat then a belt.

You have pokemon collector listed twice so I am not sure what that other card should be.

Here are some questions I have. Why are you using professor elm's instead of Bebe when you are only running one evolution. With Bebe's you can get your level x's

Where are your BTS. You will need that to drop a new Cinccino when the old one is knocked out.

Also I would add two cyrus conspiracy to get your turns and energy.

So

-3 Elm's
-2 Twins - you don't plan on being behind the whole game and you can get twins with final wish.
-2 pokemon collector (the second one listed, whatever it may be)
-1 Crobat - 2 should be enough
-3 power spray - you only run 3 SP pokemon, I am not sure you will have all three out consistently enough to use power spray. If you want to add 2 that's at least a little better
- 2 Alph - you only have it for the Gengar matchup and I am not sure you even need it that much in that matchup.

+ 3 Bebe
+ 2 Cyrus
+ 2 Seeker
+ 1 Unown Q
+ 3 BTS
+ 2 Energy Exchanger

Also, I am not sure you need DGX. If he is only for the Gengar prime matchup you don't have to worry. Gengar prime almost never attacks, he is usually just hurling. No need to worry about turning the body off. If it's for Vileplume then it makes sense.

If you take out DGX you can add more lightning and use Luxray as an attacker, especially against Gyarados.

DGX is mostly for Vileplume, but Gengar's also got a Power that I'd like to turn off.

I'm thinking I'll only have 2 Bebe's, as Communication gets my Cinccinos as well, and doesn't require my supporter. But I definitely love the energy exchanger.

Seeker+BTS does sound like a good combo, and I will definitely consider it. But I will keep the Alph around though.

Love this deck, I managed a mini-swarm at my PR with a 5-2 Cinccino line (you could have any number of any BW cards). Only things that stand out are maybe that you should have Rare Candies, one more Crobat G to get that almost guarantee and maybe an E-Belt to go the extra mile in both HP and damage, although I am thinking about it's penalty and a Machamp could still KO him.

Rare Candies can't be used to go from Basic to Stage 1 anymore, which is why I don't have any.

Expert Belt doesn't really work well with Cinccino, because of its frailty. Though the 20 damage boost is very tempting, the drawback of the two prizes makes me turn away.

Here's kinda what I'm thinking:
-2 Twins
-3 Elms
-2 Collector
-1 Power Spray
-1 Crobat

+3 Energy Exchanger
+2 Bebe's
+2 Cyrus
+2 BTS

I'd like some comments before I make them permanent

Have you considered using Black Belt? With Final Wish, you could definitely use that to your advantage to quickly win the game if you're already set up and is a bit safer than using Expert Belt.

-1 Ruins of Alph
+1 Black Belt

When I'm behind, I'd prefer to use Twins. I also don't plan to be behind for long. The quicker Jirachi goes, the better. I aim to win by about Turn 6.

I'm thinking that if you need Twins for Jirachi, dropping two isn't a good idea! Also, maybe add just 2 Exchangers instead.

Forgot about the Rare Candy thing, I assumed that you could evolve to Stage 1 until a reprint of it comes along stating otherwise. I'm a bit bad at remembering BW rules so far.

I would add in professor juniper. It's a great support. It also you to discard your hand and draw seven cards.
