This is a deck that I would like to use once I get all the cards. Cinccino is, by far, my favorite Gen.5 Pokemon. So I'm glad that there is a good version of it released.
SPEEDCCINO
Decklist:
4 Jirachi (Rising Rivals)
4-4 Cinccino (Black and White)
2-1 Luxray GL Lv.X (Rising Rivals)
1-1 Dialga G Lv. X (Platinum)
3 Crobat G (Platinum)
2 Uxie (Legends Awakened)
1 Azelf (Legends Awakened)
23 Pokemon
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Twins
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 PokeTurn
3 Power Spray
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Ruins of Alph
2 Junk Arm
1 Luxury Ball
28 Trainer
4 Double Colorless Energy
1 Lightning Energy
2 Metal Energy
2 Rescue Energy
9 Energy
Strategy: Start with Jirachi, and get me all set up with Detour, by using Pokemon Collector. Once it faints, grab a Twins, and set up everything I need, which is mostly Cinccinos, though some Luxrays, Uxies and Crobats are welcomed as well.
Using Double Colorless, Cinccino can start smacking away for 80+ right away. But, it maxes out at 100 damage, which is short of killing a lot of things in one attack. And because of Cinccino's low 80HP, I can't afford to a) let it take a hit, or b) use Expert Belt and give up 2 prizes. Which is where the Crobats come in. Between Crobats, PokeTurn, and Junk Arm, I can quickly eliminate common threats, such as Luxray GL, Gengar Prime (with Ruins of Alph), and Reshiram (Be careful, because Outrage will hurt if you can't completely kill it).
Dialga is a tech against Gengar Prime. Because I need so many Pokemon, I can't let them go in the Lost Zone. So, by shutting off its body, I can attack it relentlessly, until Dialga is eliminated (and with 120HP, it will take a while on the bench).
Luxray is a tech letting me damage whatever I want on my opponent's side, essentially giving me a free prize. Luxray's inclusion also introduces Power Spray, which stops my opponent from setting up their Uxies, or Flash Biting Cinccino with Crobat G, as well as stopping Palkia G from eliminating half my bench.
Going along with the above, I need my Pokemon and fast. Ideally, I want two Cinccinos fully ready at all times. But its a pain to get them out of the discard pile. As far as I know, there isn't a way to retrieve DCE from the discard, but Rescue Energy does let me recycle Cinccinos, so that two are always available.
Ruins of Alph negates resistance. Since Cinccino lacks a resistance, it isn't affected by it. Notably, this lets Cinccino OHKO Gengar after 3 Crobat drops. It and Rescue Energy are what keep the deck competitive.
So that's basically my Cinccino deck, a deck that I am very excited to use one I get all the cards. I will definitely be testing on Redshark once I get the expansion for Black and White, so if you want to play, let me know.
(Because of the prevalence of Sableye, I feel that Jirachi is the best starter for this deck, because it is easily donked by Sableye, which results in a quicker setup with Twins)
