Strategy: This is one of those "cycle-through-everything-in-3-turns" decks that have apparently gone extinct (remember Shuppet?). Now, the idea is simple: discard energy, hit hard with Kingdra. For the maximum discarding potential we'll make sure Sycamore gets used as often as possible, hence the Receivers. Letters along with Skates and probably Dowsing Machine will put energy in your hand before the Syca goes off. Battle Compressor for even more if you need it. After doing a heavy attack with Kingdra, you can use LTC to bring back your setup cards (having 4 attackers only is... well...). It picks up Candy and Compressor, so that's nice.

A few things I have considered: Lysandre, Training Center, Lileep (to make sure you never deck out).
Feedback is appreciated. This one's a bit tricky to play, so if you have any good ideas I'll be very happy.

You might want to consider incorporating a Lysandre to gust an opponent's Mr. Mime whose Bench Barrier Ability will protect his/her benched Poke from your Tri-Bullet attack damage. Also, consider incorporating a counter Stadium to Mountain Ring which provides bench protection from attack damage.

Lastly, with only 5 basic Poke, chances are you will mulligan quite a bit, giving your opponent chances to draw extra cards. So, I also suggest incorporating 4 Ns in order to disrupt your opponent's hand.

The problem with N for me is that my Receivers will pick it up when I want Sycamore. Maybe Red Card as a tech or something?
It would seem though, that Tri Bullet isn't something I'll use that often, and when I do, it doesn't help me out a lot. But I guess if I come up against Night March or something it would be different. +1 Lysandre is going in there somehow.
The only stadium I can think of is really TC, but it works against me a lot of the time. Anything else that would be good?
