Ruling Spiritomb TR question.

Let's say I used Spiritomb's Spooky Whirlpool Poke-Power, and my opponent had 1 card in their hand and 5 cards in their deck, would they deck out?

They would shuffle their hand in and draw 6 cards. On their turn they would not be able to draw a card, and would therefore lose.

Please include a card scan in the future. Keep in mind that drawing your last card doesn't cause you to lose. Not being able to draw you card does.
