So, after not having made a fake card in nearly forever and a half (I have no idea how long, honestly. Check my last thread or something.) I decided to do it again. Hopefully I'll keep doing it for a long time now, and not just disappear like I tend to do. For now, I only have one card made, but I can assure you that that'll change ;3

I REALLY like these blanks. I'm not 100% sure on the font for the HP, since the guide I used said "Futura Std Heavy." That font looked a bit off, so I ended up going with "Futura Std Medium" and "Futura Medium." It looks pretty good for the font, in my opinion. I might just scrap red HP altogether, though, since I was never a big fan of it. Let me know what you guys think~

I use Futura Std "Heavy". 25 pt, smooth, 107% tall, 100% wide and 33 spacing. I use Photoshop CS5, so depending on the program you use, you may not have all of the options I listed. :)

Great card! I love old school! :)

The Text Looks Pretty Good, better than What I use, I use Futura Md for HP, And I use Gill Sans for the rest.

I changed the font to what you said, theducktamer, and made it black. To be honest, I think the black HP looks better, even though it was red on the original cards.

Chandelure is the Pokemon this time around, since it's evolved and fire and all that stuff.

After viewing all these cards, I have the urge of taking a chance at creating some fake cards, because these are truly amazing.

I'm not a great fan of the white text, and while I love the art a ton, it just doesn't seem right with the blank. It is great, though~

Classic cards FTW! Well, I like Neo cards more, but I'd still rather see stuff like this than BW fakes. :p

Most of these look really nice! I'm not really a big fan of Timburr, not just the Pokémon, but the artwork just doesn't seem to fit the card. I love Love LOVE the Chandelure card, though! It's gorgeous in every possible way! One of the nicest-looking fakes I've seen in a long time. :)

Thanks, the Chandelure is my favorite that I've made ^_^

Thanks for the comments ^_^ Never thought I'd be able to make a card without messing SOMETHING up xD (Apart from the HP not being red, but that's on purpose.) Anyhow, I might not be faking anything for a while, since I have one week to do just about all of my summer reading, so here's an Eelektross until then ;3

One thing to keep in mind is that the Classic series used "Length" instead of "Height" and that all weights were rounded to the nearest whole number. Not a big deal, just thought it was worth a mention!

Yeah, I noticed that after I made Deino. I might fix that stuff, but I'll probably just end up keeping it the way it is due to laziness and consistency with what I've already made ;P
 
Yeah, I feel you on that! :p Going back and changing stuff like that isn't worth it...especially when you've been consistent!
