Yeah I'm not entirely sure about Dusknoir ATM, I have to do some testing, also, in a spread deck I feel like Po Town is better, since you're never really in need to search out Horsea, also Rod was last printed in BKT. Lastly I feel like you shouldn't always rely on Candy, since it's quite clunky, requiring it as well as a Kingdra in-hand so that's why I use 3 Seadra
