I can't guess. Just too difficult. It is an amazing picture though. Why not draw Darkrai VS Cresselia? Your style would easily suit that.

Hmm reminds me of war, what with the missiles, barbed wire, and the tombstones. I'd guess it's got something to do with politics and war corrupting the heart of the planet.

I thought it had something to do with words causing pain..
Y'know.. what with the missiles from the mouth and everything..

yes grasspokemonmaster you are in the general area
it means how people are dead to the things they say to people(the tombstones) and with the same mouth they use to hurt people they use to say good things and say they love someone(three bullets 2 with the dogs the other 2 with a flower and heart on them) if you've ever listened to Bob Dylan I use a lyric from "Its Alright,Ma"(I'm only bleeding) where Dylan says "disillusioned words like bullets bark as human gods aim for their mark"

I totally hate how this came out my scanner is really old like 4-5 yrs and it doesn't scan like it use to.

I really like the energy in this picture. It would have been even more dramatic had your coloured the sky, but I know that takes ages with pencil and pen.
I think you got the anatomy of Gyarados's head pretty much spot on, but the body is a little too segmented. Using official art as a reference...
...you can see that the transition from segment to segment is far smoother, almost like an earthworm.
Other than that, nothing but praise from me. This is definitely one of your best pieces!

Red Gyarados - 10/10, too good to be true but Gyarados doesn't gave Red eyes
