Meowscarada could probably use this, but a stage 1 line is a lot of room to give up especially, hawlucha might still be the better option

true. for my opinion Hawlucka is better with Meowscarada. 10+30+30 is enough for Manaphy or Comfey. also Radiant Alakazam works there

I can see this being splashed (lol) in a Zoroark deck for rounding numbers, but otherwise yeah it's a bad flapple

Good call! In Zoroark box decks this might be a better card instead since it goes to the discard, and if you recycle your zoroarks you definitely can reuse a Starmie too and rack up enough numbers. Just gotta play around the weakness game enough.

It's jank, but it's possible.

Too bad Starmie wasn't psychic type as it would have had some synergy with Houndstone, especially the Ex.
