Main focus is to get out Vileplume asap to lock down trainers and have at least Leafeon/Roserade combo going to deal damage while their deck is slowed down. Any way to make it quicker/more consistent will be appreciated.

1. Is the Virizion for drawing cards? If so, you don't need 3; 1 or 2 is enough.
2. Lilligant just doesn't cut it in terms of damage. And there are too many 0 retreats around for special conditions to be effective.

I know that it isn't the best decktype for the current meta, but i think it'll be fun to run. The Victreebel is the one from Triumphant. Also, how would I use Virizion to draw cards?

I don't know Lilligant well off the top of my head, but it didn't seem much worth remembering when I saw it. I'd drop it for Houndoom Prime. This card is great with Leafeon/Roserade, as flipping heads adds 50 more damage to Miasma wind--70 if the guy botches his flip. Interestingly, when factoring statuses, Leafrade might be the only deck to really OHKO Mewtwo EX. Definitely run it though.

Alright, let's see what we can do here!

To start off, to me this deck seems nothing more than a Leafeon/Roserade deck with Victreebell TR and Lilligant EP thrown into it. While I see Victreebell's use is to include an extra {C}{C} to the defending pokémon's retreat cost, it only works when it is active, and it's attacks isn't anything special either. The same applies for Lilligant; while I see your thoughts here, once again it is inferior to other methods (as well as flippy, which is always bad (or at least until Fliptini comes out)).

Instead, why not throw in the other 1st gen ''Big Plant''? Vileplume UD jams stuff like full heal (is that even played?), switch, max potion, catcher, super scoop up, and the list goes on. On top of that, all your plume has to do is get there on the field, and hug one of your bench spaces until the game is over. That's a lot easier than to get active, attack, and sometimes needing to switch in and/or out, hm?

As for Lilligant, why not replace it with another flower, namely Sunflora HGSS? This flower not only is almost identical to Lilligant stats wise, all it has to do is get there on your bench just like Vileplume. On top of that, it will greatly speed up your process of building up your lines (which means less investments on that aspect).

Because I suggested Vileplume, that also means you'll need to adjust your own Trainer cards. What use are they when they're ''locked'' in your hand? So let's keep what we strictly need, and change the rest to better suit our needs. We'll be mainly focussing on Supporters, so let's slice out some trainers.

Max potion, Catcher, and Junk arm will become useless with Plume on the field, while Communication and Rare Candy will help us get out what we need early on.

Our current Supporters can use some work too; Interviewer's Question is kind of pointless in my opinion, as you're wasting your Supporter for the turn just to (maybe) fetch some energy? Why not rather draw and/or refresh, and aim for that extra energy? Besides, if you wouldn't get any energy within your top 7 cards (worst case scenario), wouldn't it just be better to draw/refresh anyways?

To add in, I would choose a mix of Pokémon Collector (to bump it up to 4), Copycat, Professor Elm's Training Method, and Sage's training. However, since we're adding Oddish and Sunkern (which unfortunately boast only 40HP...), Twins might not be a bad idea to include, as a response to an early KO on your side of the field. Besides, at any given time, when isn't searching any two cards from your deck a good bonus?

Your energy looks fine to me as it is, so no changes there!

Other noteworthy cards:

Mew Prime: Mew Prime can Lost Zone a leafeon (or any other teched card(s)) to create more options to go from, but it will require additional deck space and support. A lifesaver sometimes, a hindrance at others.

Shaymin UL: What use do all those energy on your Roserade have after attaching? Don't say ''I can use his attack'', as that really should be a last resort option. Rather switch them over around your other pokémon, and make them a little more useful then they already were?

More Eevee/Leafeon: Adding more of these will increase your consistency, and it will make it less troublesome for you when one goes down.

Umbreon UD: This will only require 1 (or 2) slots in your deck, but can be a lifesaver sometimes (read as: counter/autowin condition against anything that has a Power and/or Body and that has nothing else without a Power or Body to counter Umbreon. This does NOT include the newer cards, which have abillities!), but you must carefully consider wether to evolve to Umbreon or Leafeon in certain matchups.

Metapod HGSS: While Caterpie only has 30HP, Metapod's body removes your entire deck's weakness (okay, excluding eevee and any non-Grass types you might have teched). Don't be fooled by this though, against Reshiram they will OHKO you anyways!

Torkoal UL: Heat Snort is flippy, but means a free 50 extra damage with Miasma Wind, or possibly 70 if they flip tails on the burn as well. Besides, Torkoal is easily searchable, and can be recycled turn after turn when packing enough Seeker/Super Scoop Up (if you use any, of course).

Hondoum Prime: An unlimited Torkoal in stage 1 form, Houndoom Prime allows you to flip a coin each turn to see if you can burn their active. Takes up more resources than Torkoal though, but is more ''reliable'' when looked at in the long run.

Seeker: Often overlooked, Seeker can be a great addition to this deck, meaning you can recycle some of your pokémon, and more importantly, some of your energy! It could also possibly help with donking, or simply to annoy your opponent.
