First deck. After reading some deck type ideas, this is what I came up with. Feedback would be much appreciated!

Pokemon: 18
4-1-3 Steelix (SF-SF-Prime)
2-2 Blissy (PT-PT)
3 Skarmory UD
2 Skuntank G
1 Uxie

Supporters/Trainers: 28
4 Super Scoop Up
4 Poke Healer+
4 Moo Moo Milk
1 Cynthia's Feelings
3 Bebe's Search
1 Luxury Ball
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Engineer's Adjustments

3 Expert Belt
3 Conductive Quarry

Energy: 14
4 Double Colorless Energy
4 Special Metal Energy
6 Basic Metal Energy

Strategy:
Standard tank deck. Set up Steelix Prime for tanking, and Steelix SF for sniping if needed. Skuntank G for the extra damage and Blissy for heals. Supporters/Trainers are pretty standard I think.

take out the 4 moo moo milks

Add Buneary and Lopunny (Relaxing Shower) Discard an energy and take a damage counter off of each of your pokemon each turn

and

jigglypuff and Wigglytuff (Good Night Melody) Steelix prime isnt affected by any special conditions so you can sit there and put their active pokemon asleep each turn

Leave Lopunny and Wigglytuff on your bench and just keep using their pokepowers

it wouldnt be bad either to add Bastiodon (Protective Wall) to protect all your bench pokemon from anything and it has a massive attack if you have to bring it out

just a few ideas

Just to let you know that, Wigglytuff from Great Encounters (GE) with Good Night Melody, have been rotated out of the format recently. Same goes to Bastiodon from Mysterious Treasures (MT). May I suggest you to have a look at the current Modified format, which is now MD-on, instead of DP-on.

Thank you.
