Storing cards

I sell my cards on ebay from time to time but I am having some problems. When I store my reverse and alternative holos they start to bend really badly. I have tried storing them in different ways but they still curl. I have run out of hard pocket sleeves. Does anybody know a way that I can flatten them out without damaging them?

Let them be. That's the best way without damaging them. I are suppose to bend because they are SHINING!

What set are these cards from? All Deoxys holos are really bad about bending, and they cannot be fixed. All the other sets (I believe) will not do this. If that is the case, then it may be a problem in your storing method. Keeping them in a normal plastic sleeve in a binder should be sufficient.

Yeah. Most of them are deoxys. But the ones that bent the worst in my case were some sandstorm ones. And it seems to be the reverse holos that are the worst.

well, juz use the method i used (with very cheap invincible plastics):

place 2 holo cards in the same plastic protector (with 2 cards facing out side)
like
[/\]

[ and ] = plastic cover

/ and \ = 2 cards facing out side

Sandstorm can get pretty bad too. All sets before Deoxys are that way too. I was referring to the legal sets in my previous post; I hadn't considered the older ones, sorry.

The only thing that I can tell you to do is to just buy some more hard plastic sleeves. I know that may not be what you really want to here, since you apparently don't want to buy anymore since you have started a thread about this :)P), but that's my best idea.

Arcanine out.

It depends a lot on the environment of the room your cards are in. My room is really dry, and for some reason, my cards curl when they are sitting out. I throw them back into my binder or store them in a tin and that tends to stop the problem.

i had this problem, yet i solved it! simply put each card face to face, on top of one another (so from the side view, their circles ontop of one another) they obviously will try and spring of! but put them under a pile of cards, and wait a while..a week maybe? and hey presto, theyll all be nice and flat! hehe

yea, put it on almost the bottom of a pile of cards (common cards that is) and u'll compress them into normal flat condition

Cool. I have managed to flatten a majority of them now. some still need a bit more time. thanks for the suggestions. I thought of putting a heavy object over them before but at first I thought it might damage them. Luckily I was wrong. Mine are not as bad as this other person I know. She put hers near a radiator and the heat made it a whole lot worse.

I have the same problem with all my holos. They all start to curl after time. The only solution I know of is to put another holo in the same sleeve facing the other way, and the curls will balance each other out. I don't like doing this, so I just let mine curl. Oh well....

Well, my Swampert ex from a CG booster was flat then after a few days, it start to curl, that really annoyed me, but in fear of damaging all my holos, I let them stay what they like....
