Panic attacks. And of course your emotions get weird when your still tired. I heard a way to help is to just pick a random object and focus on it untill the feeling goes away. Just only think about that thing.

I have woken up and randomly played my Pokemon games in the middle of the night. It's always Pokemon, I've never played anything else. I've even beaten some of the final bosses(if my memory from the sleepgaming is correct, it could have just been a Corphish), and I'll forget to save. Sometimes I just drop the DS on the floor, and find it out of batteries the next day.
