It is obviously mew or mewtwo, both of them are the 'perfect' pokemon. Mew is the ancestor of all pokemon whilst mewtwo is a stronger clone of the ancestor of all pokemon

Palkia. Simple as that. 
Well, it depends...any of the Dragon type ones (Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina) would rank high up there. To be honest, its probably...Dialga. Besides, it's resistant to 12 types: Normal, Flying, Rock, Bug, Ghost, Steel, Grass, Water, Electric, Psychic, Dark, and Poison. That gives it a goos advantage in battle. Oh yeah, it only has two weaknesses: Fighting and Ground. So the types that are normal against Dialga are Fire, Ice, and Dragon. So that's my opinion.
It's all situational. I love Zapdos and Heatran competitively though.
IMO, there is no "strongest legnedary," they all have they're weaknesses to each other...
I'm going with Dialga, it has alway been the strongest in my view.

i would say that darkrai is the strongest because of it's nightmare powers palkia and dialga suck compared to him in the movie they got lucky cuz darkrai was protecting the town if i was darkrai i would have been like screw you guys and proboly would have destroyed half the town myself by just throwing palkia's idiot self around
