Ruling Sudden Death.

I know there is something called Sudden Death, one time I was in it, but the meaning has changed since I have been in it, could someone please tell me the new meaning?

Sudden Death: Sometimes both players win at the same time. In this case, you play a shorter version of the Pokémon TCG called "Sudden Death" (using only 1 Prize Card each instead of 6).
