Okay, Primal Dialga is just like Dialga, except the blue "veins" on his legs are red.

I couldn't draw a background, it would've taken more than an hour to do. :<

I planned on. But it might get a bit rushed if I try to get them all done.
I'll of course try to draw them all but I have limited time and patience so let's see!
