IMO, its not that great of a set. Pokemon are way undepowered, and only a few good cards.

This is very true. This set is one of those sets that you realize aren't that good, but are very "shiny", as there are alot of new cards that have "potential", so people want to buy the packs, and usually think that they get something satisfying. A good thing about this set is there are a few good cards brought to the table, but mainly the high X count is what makes it good.
this is very true, there are maybe 10 actually good cards, but like above, theres some techs that may come in handy soon

I personally think that RR is the wost set of them all.
The only cards that are worth the money are:
1) Snorlax common
2) Snorlax Lv X
3) Nidoqueen
4) Shiftry
5) Flygon
6) Flygon Lv X
7) Bebe's Search
8) Aaron's Collection
9) Lucian's Assignment
10) Floatzel GL LV.X
11) Turtwig GL
12) Infernape 4
