Facade doesn't double in strength if you're asleep. Only burned, paralyzed, or poisoned.

Unless Swellow has Focus Sash and uses endeavor after a strong attack and staraptor misses their attack, Swellow can than use aerial ace to win.

Oh... If none of that happens, Staraptor will completely destroy Swellow.
