Pokemon:
4 Sylveon EX
1 Diance ex
2 Geomancy xerneas
1 shaymin ex
1 weavile
1 sneasal

4 trainers mail
4 vs seeker
4 ultra ball
3 Max elixir
3 fairy drop
3 ffb
2 weakness policy
1 float stone
3 fairy gardens
4 sycamore
2 n
2 lysandre
1 pokemon ranger
1 hex
1 ninja boy

10 fairy energy

The strategy of this deck is to attack quickly first turn with dress up and then heal mid game with precious ribbon. This causes almost a tiny healing loop and chip damage for a longer game play. Diance and mew are just some spare attackers, mew is also really good for the m mew two match up. The weakness policy is for m scizor though that match up is pretty much an auto loss. Lastly ninja boy is a fun tech in this deck it just allows so many cheeky plays.

Comments are always welcome

What are the remoraids for? You don't play octillery!

My changes

-1 birch
-1 floral crown
-1 Diancie
-2 remoraid
+2 shaymin -ex
+1 max elixir
+2 Vs seeker
+1 Scyamore

Hope this is helpful -SquirtleScrub

Yea lol that's my bad I'm making the edit now. I appreciate the feedback.

I was thinking of building a Sylveon cycle heal deck recently, however I was planning on running Shaymin-EX XYP as that heals your benched Basic Pokémon too, so with 2-3 Shaymin-EX XYP you can be healing 110 on your turn

I might try this honestly

the only "flaw" in the deck/strategy
is that if your opponent can OHKO your pokemon.
then it really doesn't matter how much you heal.
inversely, Sylveon doesn't pack enough of a punch to OHKO an EX or Mega.
we ran a fairy deck and tried to tech in a Sylveon...
but found it was just better to go straight speed with Gardevoir.
