How about Gary Mother fudger Oak in the finale?
Well first of all Dawn's mom has really earned that ribbon from hard work since she won many competitions. She shows Dawn the ribbon in the first few episodes in the Diamond and Pearl series. The ribbon probably means a lot to Dawn's mom, so I don't think she is going to give it up easily. Anyways at first I liked the idea, but there was also a problem as well. We just have to wait and see what Dawn gives to Ash/Brock to symbolize their friendship.
