-1 Tool Retviever(i think tool retviever can take f tools)
-1 N (i have 4 vs seeker i can get those always back(when no item lock))

It's a good deck, but some cards are better than the others. Here is what I think.

-1 Target Whistle
-3 Head Noiser
-1 Sycamore(The only thing you want to discard are energies)
-1 Xerosic

+1 Latias EX(Pyroar counter)
+2 Virbank Gym
+3 Hypnotoxic Laser
 
I like Target Whissle, when my opponent play pyroar i can take EX pokemon and got prizes. I think Head Noiser is good card. Virizions Emerald slash for free energy, Landos Hammerhead for two and Seismis Quaking Punch three but i maybe cut one. I like 4th Sycamore, VS Seeker is for other supporters. Xerosic is good, because i dont like when my pokemon got pokemon tool f. I like LaserBank but i doesnt have space. Latias isnt good w only 4 raimbow
 
Could you please include scans / text for all of the Phantom Gate cards so that everyone is clear on what they do? Thanks!
