Having watched the new videos, I came up with some new theories on Team Plasma. One of these is their leader. N's battle with you with only one Pokemon suggests to me, that along with his markedly different appearance to Team Plasma, is not really associated to them. The shot of him as a child seems to suggest even more that he is an individual character, perhaps scarred by a traumatic childhood experience. He may even play a similar role to Silver in that he fights against Team Plasma. Secondly is Team Plasma's leader, if not N. There is a red-headed individual that appears twice on my count, if not more, when large numbers of Team Plasma Grunts. The Skeleton obviously is a key moment in the storyline, and their presence suggests that maybe they are the leader. And finally, though not strictly related to Team Plasma, there is the Skeleton. I have looked at it, and bears both resemblances to Reshiram and Zekrom. So is this skeleton maybe that of Reshiram? And Team Plasma are A trying to revive it (Black) or B trying to improve it into Zekrom (White). Is the true purpose of Team Plasma to create/revive Pokemon? Discuss!

I think as WPM stated, Team Plasma is trying to ressurect the mascots of your game.
I think N will not be part of Team Plasma and his pokemon might be the hihidaruma in the flash back as a kid.
i think those are N's pokermanz, and that his signature pokerman is zoroark(dont start the "omgz N iz zoroarkz" crap again)
and the skeleton just looks like a dragon skeleton, so it might not be the mascot,its too early to tell, and imo tp is trying to revive a fossil pokerman

my number one proof for this is that in one of the new trailers: we see young N with three pokermanz: hihidaruma, koromori, and...ZORUA. and not only that, but N has the same hair(almost) as zoroark

I think what they'll do is revive the skeleton, it'll turn into Zekrom or Teshiram dependent on the game. It'll fly off somewhere and you go battle/catch it.

Theory 1 :quite possiple that the fossil is of both Reshiram and Zekrom,for Ex: if u had the Reshiram game the fossil will be for Zekrom and it will get revived and used by Team Plasma and u have to catch Reshiram to defeaet Zekrom.
Theory 2 : the fossil is for the game mascots....
Theory 3 :the fossil is neither for any of the mascot and it's for another legendary pokemon or an ancient pokemon
Theory 4 : it's the original Zekrom or Reshiram fossil and it got revived but with more artificial part and that lead us to conclude that there was a basic form for both legendaries.
Theory 5 : That Reshiram and Zekrom are 1 pokemon but Zekrom is the Artifacial clone of Reshiram and that will explain the fact that Zekrom is Electric (Modern energy) and Reshiram is Fire (Old energy source)
Theroy 6 : i bet there is explenation for the diffrence of the areas between the 2 games and that leads me 2 think that the 2 games actuely are from diffrent realms and that lead u to think that Reshiram is Zekrom but both from diffrent realm.

in other hand the meaning of yin and yang (from my prespective) is the opposites:
Black and white
Dark and Light
Evil and good
Agressivness and Calmness
Artifacial and Natural
= Zekrom and Reshiram
and those things are all part of each other that mean Yin and Yang are one beign and that give a big chance that Zekrom and Reshiram were one beign before and that pokemon is the Yin and Yang pokemon.

I think that the fossil is most likely an ancient, different Pokemon (Water/Dragon 3rd games mascot maybe, as water is source of all life)
and that from the remains of that ancient Pokemon, they create a different Pokemon - tearing apart the 2 forces combined maybe as part of the ying and yang thing.

Yeah, I can't really make out if the fossil is Reshiram/Zekrom or not.
I think Team Plasma will summon the mascot of your version. If Reshiram, it will try to send the sun into a crash course with the earth out of anger. If Zekrom, it will do the same thing, except with the moon using the earth's electromagnetism. Then, you would call the four giants using the Ocarina of Ti- I mean, the Team Plasma leader would freak out and tell you to go to the airport place to fly to the mountain where Zekrom/Reshiram is controlling the sun/moon. Now, if that electric cave is where Zekrom is, then you would have to go through to the top. Then, N would show up, saying he is the true leader of Team Plasma and challenges you to a battle. This would make sense because N is seen in that cave and there is electromagnetism or something which would also fall in with my theory. After you beat him, he would say that he already knew that the world would be destroyed, and this would be his way of seperating humans from pokemon; by killing them. He would then just let you pass saying that you do not have a chance, bla bla bla sorta like Cyrus and Giratina. After you beat/catch your legendary, N would then come, saying you truly are the greatest. He would then realize that pokemon and humans can live together and work together. After, he would disband Team Plasma and walk away into the sunset in the west...THE END...not really...

@ZebraGoomba: it seems as if both mascots are summoned. It can't really be one or the other, and this is because of two things:
1) We see battle footage between the two of them, plus them both being awakened and soaring in the sky.
2) From my knowledge of Yin-Yang, it is understood that without Yin and Yang cannot exist without each other, and if Reshiram/Zekrom are true to their classification, they won't be revived on their own without utter chaos.

^and on that note, if zek and resh were dead, then wouldnt the whole pokerman universe be in chaos?
Oh, sorry, I guess that theory was pretty pointless. In that case, maybe you could do all of that, get to the top and the other one would be their and you could see a battle between the two, with the not-mascot one losing, and then you would get to fight it yourself and save the world from utter destruction. Or not. Doesn't really matter to me... Oh, wait,Have we ever seen someone else battle other than the whole mandatory "Pokemon Catching 101" thing they always do? For example, the Old Man from Gen 1 and Dude(seriously?) from Gen 2. Maybe this could be a first.
