I don't know about Team Plasma using a Kibago or any or its evolutions. I can't recall any other "evil" team using a psuedo (and many are betting Kibago is one). However if for some reason Kibago is not a psuedo, then by all means let them use them in battle.
But the others seem plausible. Gear fits perfectly.
Seeing as they're the evil team, I can almost guarantee they will attempt to capture the game's legendary, so yes, they are hypocrites. Anyway, I reckon Koromori will be a Plasma favourite, and maybe the admins will have something like the swan (just a wild guess for now, they might just use some currently unknown pokemon instead).

My only doubt is that due to its close resemblance to Larvitar that it might not be a pseudo, to avoid controversy. It definitely could be, however.

If I had to guess I'd say Kibago was the child of a Larvitar and a Gible. So similar, but still looks pretty cool.
I could def. see Plasma using a Gigaiasu. That thing looks quite intimidating.
Gigaiasu: Admins only. There is no way a Pokemon that can not die from OHKO attacks can get in the grunts hands. That is, unless GF decides to make the game a wee bit harder.
Gear is the Isshu equivalent of Magnemite (or however you spell it), so I can see that being used in Team Plasma.
