Team Rocket’s Hypno from “The Glory of Team Rocket!”

I like how both Bench Manipulations make your opponent flip the coins. It makes no difference gameplay-wise, and yet it's an amazing touch of flavour.
 
I mean by rule of coin flips this should yield 2.5 tails assuming full normal bench, which is 200 damage per swing. Not OHKOing any prevalent basic ex's, bulk bin.
 
Just like the original, Hypnotises your opponents bench into backstabbing the active. Love it.
 
New deck archetype: make your opponent to flip as many coins as possible.
Based around this Hypno, burn and sleep, etc.
