Weird choice but interesting ability and neat artwork. It doesn't specify that the target has to be Team Rocket so there's a lot of use cases for it, but it's a stage 2 unfortunately

Looking at the normal art for Orbeetle, the artstyle for the background and the Pokémon itself has a kind of 3D look that reminds me of the Team Plasma cards from BW. I have a little bit of nostalgia for the look of those cards, so I like the resemblance even if it might be completely coincidental.

Holy crap. They reprinted Reuniclus with no caveats?!?! Besides it requiring Team Rocket’s, anyway. The Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex deck might have a chance at being genuinely great now, instead of a watered-down Raging Bolt. Scoop Up Cyclone, Penny, and Bravery Charm are all in format as well. I would keep an eye on this card going forward
