im thinking that maybe kingdra with a manky tech could do well, the only reson i see kingdra not soo good is because of luxray and manky OHKOs it, or relicanth could be a good tech too.

mankey is a useless tech.
you MIGHT get a ko off of a luxray other then that its a free prize to your opponent.
relicanth and promocroak are infinitly better.

it could work, just swarm and retreat and heal, its like gengar but IMO kindgra is better.
well manky can OHKO a luxray lv.X anytime but relicanth only works if your opponent isn't smart and attaches tools and toxi is ONLY after they get a KO, Ill try all of them and ill tell you guys what works.

also what do you all think about uxie being an easily obtained promo now?
im kind of pissed because i bought 3 for 60$ and now there not going to be worth near as much.
also this willl TOTALLY effect the metagame. everyone affords uxies make every deck better, players that come with rogue no draw engine good strategy can win.

well it will effect the metagame in a good way, now alot of players will have better decks BUT i would lol if the uxie they give out isn't LA.
I have been testing "the gyarados deck" and its been working well i probobly will play it for BRs and maybe even longer.
