So much is going on in our Meta today. From donking to the new rotation, the way we adapted to and loved the game is now changing. Team Shenanigans aims to help out newer players and bring together the light heart and enjoyable players of this great game and restore it to what it was meant to be. Which is a fun and enjoyable experience for all players to try out!​

Here you may discuss anything Pokemon related. From TCG to VGC, the ideas shared by the members are valued greatly and given much consideration.​

The Mascot of Team Shenanigans is the one and only, GIR!​

Rules/Guidelines

1.) Please respect your fellow
member's opinions

2.) When battling, don't cheat. It is a fun group. Just enjoy your battles!

3.) Do not spam on the thread

4.) All members must remain active. If a member doesn't respond or participate WITHOUT
reasoning is to be reported and removed upon my qualifications

5.) Don't flame! Make this a user friendly and fun
area! Take it elsewhere!

6.) Pokebeach Rules are still in effect! If any member defiles or goes against Pokebeach Rules
and or Team Shenanigan's, can face consequences depending on the action performed.

7.) Do not post decks here!

8.) If you want to join, message me , Clownshateu2, saying that you want to join. If you have joined, please paste the signature I
have as your own to identify if you have joined.

9.) You must have one of the following: Skype, Redshark, Nintendo DS
Any of these will allow you to participate in our
events!

Now here at Team Shenanigans,
we arrange a daily meeting for us to battle and relax! As of right now, I alone run this and can only run Skype TCG. However those who are
eligible can run VGC and Redshark to help me out!

As of now, every Saturday around 3:00 PM (Eastern) is when we gather to play some
Pokemon TCG on Skype!​

IMPORTANT! YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SKYPE
LEAGUE!​

A Microphone
A Webcam
A Deck of Cards​

In the Skype League, Any set can be used!
Whether it is Base Set to Black and White, Team Shenanigans offers freedom of choice when creating a custom deck to fit your needs!



Once I am able to find
two Co-Leaders who are able to set a planned date on both Redshark and Nintendo DS, I
cannot unfortunately run nor discuss these topics



So
now here is something to
discuss....

Rotation - How will it affect us? Will there be a Meta? What Will be the leading cards/decks?

Black and White - Will this set and further on completely change our meta for next season, or
be like the next Call of Legends.....

Read aboves. It's rotation and future sets. Honestly I believe pokemon catcher is too powerful.
 
Sure. It says will Black and White sets be like the new CoL sets and how will rotation affect our meta and what will be the meta.
 
Clowns!!!!! dude! my whole group of friends are getting into the TCG! thats 8 of us here and we are definitely team SHENANIGANS!! all of us are running for sure shananaganful decks
and ill be gettingthe rest of us on the beach

Team Shenanigans just got a little more stylish ;). I'm glad that I am in a group now and this is only my 2nd post XD. Hope to meet all of you in the near future! My ReshiBoar and MegaJump decks are ready to play :D

Thanks Ori_bro, glad to have you. I just hope the group dosnt go down before Vassil gets all the people here and we have a legiment discussion. SO I think that rotation will broaden the spectrum of great ideas for decks. What do do you think? I mean besides Reshiboar and Blastgatr, the decks will be awsome! And I think Black and White COMPLETLY changed next year's meta. Discuss!
 
Agreed, the current metagame is centralized on LuxChomp, DialgaChomp, and Sableye. With them gone the metagame will grow. Like everything there will be tier 1 decks, aka BlastGatr and ReshiBoar, but there will be a rise in new deck variants, like Zekrom and Serperior decks and many more. My other deck MegaJump gets destroyed by SP based decks because well Jumpluff and Yanmega are a tad low on health (90/110) I actually think I will be switching on and off from my ReshiBoar and MegaJump because the B/W format actually benefits me a little bit. So all-in-all, I am really looking forward to the rotation.

Clown what type of deck are you running now and what do you plan on running after the rotation?
 
I'm running Luxpluff that won me two cities and got
Me 4th place regionals (Luxray X). And it's tough cause I have every card for Blasgtr and Zekrom so I'm a little confused. Which should I run? And without bs seeker, yanmega would be hurting along with jumpluff having no BTS
 
Well since you have the cards for both, you should run both and just play test the hell out of them.

But yeah in my Yanmega/Jumpluff Deck, I have the setup spiritomb so by turn 3 I have them loaded up. My deck list in there is like 3-3-3 Jumpluff 4-3 Yanmega. Then all your necessary tech cards like Uxie Azelf and Smeargle. With BTS gone, I'm hurt a little but not much.
 
But with no Spiritomb it would hurt alot. And generally I can get 3 Jumpluffs up by T1-T2. But I just need to look at my meta. Wait, are you running Yanmegajump next season?
