#26: Sonic 3D Blast
Story:
"Dr. Robotnik discovers that some strange birds, called Flickies, reside on a secluded island in the ocean. He learns that they are native to a different dimension, and can travel between worlds using large rings. Consequently, the Doctor resolves to turn them all into robots, to help him search for the Chaos Emeralds. One day, Sonic visits Flickies' Island and sees what Robotnik has done to the birds. Naturally, he decides to free the Flickies and stop Robotnik from finding the Emeralds."
This is Sonic's first 3D game, not counting the Sonic Drifts! Basically you run around grabbing rings, teleporting to different areas of the stage after grabbing a certain number of Flicky birds who make you a giant teleporting ring. At the end of each level, you battle Robotnik.
#27: Sonic The Fighters
Story:
"Doctor Robotnik has released the Death Egg II, and now Sonic and Tails must stop him. However, their new airship only supports 1 passenger, and to defeat Eggman they need the 8 Chaos Emeralds (7 in the majority of Sonic continuities). The eight wielders of the Chaos Emeralds, including Sonic and Tails themselves, take part in a battle tournament, with the winner taking all the Chaos Emeralds. The participants, in order of combat, are:
■Amy Rose
■Bark the Polarbear
■Espio the Chameleon
■Miles "Tails" Prower
■Fang the Sniper
■Bean the Dynamite
■Sonic the Hedgehog
After arriving at the Death Egg II, the heroes get a surprise visit from Metal Sonic. After defeating him, the Death Egg II begins to fall apart as Doctor Robotnik in his mech suit challenges the victor (you must finish this round to complete the story). Unlike other battles in the game, you only get one shot to take down Eggman.
Sonic can also become Super Sonic in story mode. Without losing a life since the 1st fight, the player enters Hyper Mode in the 2nd Round against Metal Sonic."
This game is basically your average fighting game but with Sonic characters. Punch, kick, spin dash!!

So a Swedish magazine has released a little bit of info on Sonic Generations, in the form of HUB WORLDS!!
This is the sentence:
What do you guys think about Hub Worlds in the new game?
They first started in Sonic Adventure, where you could go around Station Square, Mystic Ruins, and the Egg Carrier.YOu could also go into chao gardens!
THen in Sonic The Hedgehog 06, there was a GINORMOUS hub world that took FOREVER to load each area of the city of Soliana, and horrible controls and stupid mini-missions, and no chao garden.
In Sonic Unleashed, the hub worlds got good again, although they were pretty small. You could walk around each area in the game and talk to people, buy food, and other goodies. It was good, except there weren't any chao gardens.
Feedback would be nice.

This game is a racing game using 3D-polygons. There are 5 courses that all start with R:
Resort Island
Radical City
Regal Ruin
Reactive Factory
Radiant Emerald
Story:
Sonic and Tails are enjoying a little time off from adventuring. The trip they have planned will be a nice, relaxing vacation. Or so they think...
Tails spots a huge sign alongside the road they are currently traveling on. It is a recruiting advertisement for the World Grand Prix. Tails then says, "Sonic! Sonic! Look! There's going to be a huge race with all the best racers in the world! What a great opportunity for you to show your speed and compete with the other great runners!"
Sonic thinks for a moment. He's the world's fastest runner, but participating in races is not really his interest. Something on the sign, however, catches Sonic's eye. Dr. Robotnik, Sonic's arch-enemy, is participating in the race. Sonic races off into the distance. "Wait Sonic! Wait for me!", Tails shouts to his friend.
Miles above the sign, a spy satellite focuses on Sonic and Tails. Dr. Robotnik snickers in delight, saying, "Now that you have fallen into my trap, Sonic, I will finally have the Chaos Emeralds, and beat you at the same time. With my new hover machine, and these new robots..." Dr. Robotnik then looks to his left, and a row of gleaming eyes gaze back at him. "Nothing can go wrong! Hahahahahahaha...." Little does Sonic know that Dr. Robotnik has learned of the location of the Chaos Emeralds.
Sonic is not the only one who will be racing with Dr. Robotnik. Sonic's rival, Knuckles, has learned that Sonic will be participating in a very important race. Knuckles never turns down a chance to be around Sonic when the action starts.
Amy will be there too. After secretly following Sonic to his vacation spot, she joined the race, hoping that winning will impress him.
And that's the end of the classic Sonic games!
After these, they came out with a couple compilation games to keep fans interested until their big game for the Sega Dreamcast to come out:
Sonic has made a dramatic change since is his classic version from 1991-1997. Now in 1998, Sonic Adventure makes all the character look a lot older. Sonic is taller, thinner, has golden buckles on his shoes, and his eyes have changed from black to green!!

For some reason, I wish they made a remake of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
I liked Treasure Hunting.
My favorite levels were Death Chamber and Security Hall.
Rouge's jazz songs and Knuckles' hip-hop/rap songs were the best.
