Hi. First post, new member, and well, new player. Played many TCG's for quite some time, and decided to try and be awesome at Pokemon too lol. Here is the decklist
Pokemon: 22(23) (I don't know if Legends count as 1 or 2 cards)
Darkrai ~ Cresselia Legend
1-1-1 Nidoqueen
Azelf
2 Uxie
4 Spiritomb
1-1 Mewtwo (Is this the correct way to say Mewtwo and Mewtwo Lv. X?)
3-2-1-1-1-1 Gengar (SF, AR, Prime, Lv. X)
T/S/S: 5/14/0 ~ 19
4 Rare Candy
1 Luxury Ball
2 Twins
2 Professor Oak's Visit
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Bebe's Search
4 Seeker
Energy/Sp. Energy: 8/5 ~ 13
1 Warp Energy
4 Rescue Energy
8 Basic Psychic Energy
Total: 55
Space for 5 Cards.
Currently Considering a 2/2/1 of Vileplume.
Basically, the deck starts out with Spiritomb, and quickly brings up to the best Gengar to handle what's going on in the situation. Noticing a lot of Trainers? Poltergeist. Bad Poke on the bench? Seeker + Gengar Prime. This deck is, currently, trying to be designed to Counter what ever needs to be countered. I have Mewtwo for damage + Stall when need be. ~Sidebar: Does his Poke-Body come into effect if the Active Pokemon on my opponents side is a Lv. X?~
Nidoqueen is great damage dealer for 1. A warp energy fixes the retreat cost, and ends up helping if I need to Ruthless Tail. Legend is really cool, and sort of kind of fits in the deck. I am 100% OKAY with removing it if it means making the deck better.
Seekers can kind of donk. Also, I'm considering switching, or adding 2/3 Looker's Investigation in the deck.
Thanks,
