I've seen this kind of deck, but Donphan Prime doesn't work with Terrakion IMO.

They are both Bulky, and hard to KO (most of the time) This makes Terrakions Retaliate worthless in a battle.

I'd Suggest:
-1 Phanpy CoL (For Room)
-2 Super Scoop Up (Not needed)
-2 Dual Ball (You have plenty of search power)
Total: 5

+2 Random Receiver (For searching out Supporters)
+2 Revive (To get back Basics)
+1 PONT (Or Mewtwo EX Your choice) (For draw support / Mewtwo Counter.)

Mewtwo is needed. Its important as a counter. I'd actually
-1-2 terrakion (3 is usually enough)
-1 heavy ball (3 is enough)
-1 revive ( i usually find 1 to be enough)

+2 mewtwo (as a counter)
+1 dual ball (I think 3 is needed for basics)
+ around 1 donphan (think 3-3 works well)

And zekrom may help against tornadus EX. I'd try to make some room for about 1 more draw power too.
 
Thanks but one thing i'm not useing DCE aka double colorless energy so it would be me puting down mewtwo one fighting then exp share then it could get pokemon cathered up then knock out!

Ummm, Terrakion Donphan is just like Terrakion Groudon...

IT'S PART OF QUAD TERRA!

and 3 Duall Balls, and 3 Heavy Balls, you're pushing it with search if you ask me :)
 
im not putting in 3 dualballs but i dont get why you need 2 mewtwo ?

or just Terrakion solo with one or two shymin (unleashed)

and im going to use 4 Terra
 
why groudon ex it is very slow but it does help i think but i dont see ant thing that would help with landorus

I find 2-2 donphan to be a bit low really. I think 3-3 is pretty good. I personally like super scoop up because you can just put a pokemon with a lot of damage counters in your hand and so heals it, but I'd agree to maybe take out one with shaymin because I don't think its too necessary. With no dual ball and only heavy ball, how would you get phanpy out? Dual ball is essential for setting up.
And Still, even in terrakion groudon 4 terrakion is a bit too much IMO. In my terrakion/groudon list I have found about 3 terrakion to be sufficient actually.
