What do you do with the 3 orbs you get from the shadow triad?

Adamant Orb is for Dialga
Lustrous Orb is for Palkia
Grisious Orb is for Giratina

All orbs boost STAB and Giratina changes form.

Yeah, they are not used to catch them if thats what you are thinking. They give you them since you cannot trade items over from Gen 4.
