I wanted to get everyones Opinion on how you think this Pokemon will do in the new Format. Yes we all know the many Many combinations with this Pokemon. There is Donphan and Machamp. Donphan and Kingdra. Donphan Yanmega and yes even Donphan Magnazone and many other builds that I dont have time to name . But what makes this Pokemon so good?? Is it the HP the Poke Body the Attack? In my opinion it is all of the above, Being a speed pokemon with a one energy attack and a decent hp and an amazing Pokebody makes donphan the thorn in everyones side this coming format. Combine this with:
Free retreat and free attack yanmega with its disruption and you have an annoying deck that hits fast and dosen't let up the pressure.
Or Machamp with fighting tag to retreat your hurt donphan and then use Champ Buster to do up to 150 for mid to late game coverage and you have a deck that hits hard and fast with a back up attacker thats just plain ugly
Then there is Donphan Kingdra, where you swarm with Kingdra prime to place multiple damage counters a turn and then send out donphan to KO everything
Then last but not least is Donphan Magnazone. you have donphan to dominate with its one energy attack for the beginning part of the game then set up Magnazone prime on your bench to have draw power and a late game attacker that can OHKO everything
Now take all of these decks and and the effects each one has and combine it with the soon to be release of catcher with black and white rules and a slow downed format and you have the torn in everyones side thats not playing it.

sept I have never played against someone using the anti meta deck I must Skype battle you sometime I need some other people to play against lol
