Hi! I am still new to this, I still don't get some stuff, this team works well for me. Without further ado here is my team.

Greninja - @Leftovers
-Mat Block
-Dark Pulse
-Ice Beam
-Hydro Pump

Aegislash_escudo_XY.png

Aegislash - Adamant @Weakness Policy
ATK 252 DEF 252 4 SP. DEF.
Swords Dance
Shadow Sneak
Sacred Sword
King's Shield
I use this for back up, I first set it up with Swords Dance, if possible I load it two times, then it can take down much stuff, Shadow Sneak if for those times when I have to hit first or it will die/lose, Sacred Sword is for those Pokémon that increase their stats. King's Shield is for getting HP when needed with the Leftovers.

Klefki_XY.png

Klefki (Spartacus) w/Prankster - Careful @Shell Bell
252 SP.ATK. 130 ATK. 126 SPD.
Foul Play
Substitute
Swagger
Calm Mind

This is a big problem... for some reason it doesn't last too much, it can be taken down with 1 hit, first I use Swagger then Substitute, but for some reason the Substitute doesn't last too much, Calm Mind to tank it and last more. I use this guy with Sableye so that they both Confuse both Pokémon.

Mega-Blastoise_XY.png

Blastoise w/Rain Dish (but I Mega it so it's Mega Launcher) - Modest @Blastoisinite
252 HP, 252, SP.ATK, 4 SP. DEF.
Hydro Pump
Flach Cannon
Ice Beam
Aura Sphere

This is a very good tank, it lasts a lot, I have never seen something taking it down with only 1 hit so this guy works really well, and I have Hydro Pump and Aura Sphere for Fire and Dark Pokémon because they are used here. And these two get boosted by Mega Launcher, Ice Beam in case my other two don't work so well. And Rain Dance to give a double boost to Hydro Pump.

Thanks for giving me advices, and for taking your time in reading this. :D

I don't really have much suggestions, but here they are:
Try a Carbink, it's like Kelfki but with wayy better defences, trust me. But I am not sure if it learns Swagger though...
On Blastoise, run Dragon Pulse instead of Rain Dance. Rain Dance only benefits Blastoise, and when he mega evolves the rain dance only powers up Hydro Pump, which is strong enough already. You can breed Dragon Pulse onto Blastoise through a Clawitzer.
I can see that you have not included Natures, which, I am guessing, you don't understand. Natures work the same way as power bands, up one stat and lowers another. Search up a Natures Chart on Google Images and you can use it to find out which Natures does what. It's what I do.

On Blastoise I suggest Modest to up his Special Attack and lower his Attack which is useless.
On Sabeleye I reccomend Jolly or Timid, to help up his Speed even more whilst lowering either his Attack, or Special Attack, both of which are useless on Sabeleye no matter what set you run on him.
On Aegislash I recommend either Adamant or Jolly, Adamant ups his Attack and lowers his useless Special Attack, and Jolly ups his Speed, helping him outspeed most things and lowering his Special Attack. I would personally use Jolly as the +2 attack from Swords Dance is good enough already. So that would make him a Speedy, Bulky Physical Sweeper!

I hope I helped out with your team and helped you understand Natures. An easy way to pass down Natures is by breeding, but that's something you can just search up online, it's a lot easier to understand how to pass down Natures than to understand how Natures work, trust me. I've been in the same stage.

Klefki doesn't last much, it can't be helped. Do whatever you can with Swagger and hope your opponent will hurt themselves. Replace Calm Mind with Thunder Wave, Klefki makes good use of it, also move those Atk EVs to either Def or SpD, since Foul Play uses your opponent's Atk stat, not yours.

I'll start off by saying I don't play VGC, I don't like it because I find it boring. I can't advise you on your team choices but I can give you some advice on your moves/EVs etc. Secondly, disregard UltimateInferno's recommendations for Sableye and Aegislash.

Based on the EV spread for your Sableye it should either have a Bold or Impish nature. You want to drop the Flame Orb because all that is going to do is burn, it's pointless having it. Take your Leftovers off Aegislash and give them to Sableye.

I'm hoping you're running a Brave Nature on Aegislash as that is the best nature for it if you take the rest of my advice here. I'd recommend giving Aegislash Weakness Policy to hold, the objective is to take a SE hit while in Shield Forme. Another option is to change SD for Shadow Ball and put the 4 EVs in SpD into SpA instead, you're not walled too much by Physical walls then and the Weakness Policy will boost both Atk and SpA.

Use an Impish Klefki and change the EV spread to 252 HP/ 252 Def / 4SpD, you don't need the Atk EVs you've invested because Klefki isn't using them with those moves and has no need to carry Atk EVs. Calm Mind isn't very useful for this team and doesn't fit with the rest of your moves, you should change it for either Spikes, Thunder Wave or Torment.

Hydro Pump doesn't get boosted by Mega Launcher so change that for Water Pulse, WP is more accurate and has the chance for confusion plus it is boosted by Mega Launcher. Change Rain Dance for Dark Pulse and the other two moves are fine.

One thing I have noticed if you follow the Klefki advice is that both Sableye and Klefki would be Physically defensive so I would recommend using a Calm Sableye and changing the 252 Def EVs to 252 SpD EVs.

Hydro Pump doesn't get boosted by Mega Launcher so change that for Water Pulse,
It does.

I added the Natures so that you could give better (they are really good now) advices.

Replace Calm Mind with Thunder Wave, Klefki makes good use of it, also move those Atk EVs to either Def or SpD, since Foul Play uses your opponent's Atk stat, not yours.
Ok. I'll have to train him again.

The thing here is that I can't get Dragon Pulse, I was thinking in changing that for Rapid Spin for those Spikes or Toxic Spikes.

Well that's a good idea, because it lasts a lot, I can use KS in case I have to fight to a Fire type, and the good thing is that I can lower they stats by using it in case they hit me with Physicals. And there are not too much Physical Walls around here. I will change it for Weakness Policy.

Yes, that's what Jackal said.

I will try the team with those changes and I will tell you what passed.

Thanks for those advices! :D

I (will) update/updated the OP with a JPN Sceptile replacing Klefki, I got it from a stream in Twitch and I didn't know it had 5 perfect IVs until today. I need a moveset for it.
