Banned because it's only auto-loss is to Zekrom, which, IMO, won't be hugely popular, which is why I'm running BlastZel. Double banned because Blastoise OHKOs Zoroark, Ciccino, Donphan, Reshiram, Sunflora techs, Jumpluff, Emboar (when you drag it up with Catcher), and I'm probably forgetting a few more things too.
