Banned because I agree.
 
Banned because I'm going to explian why Luxray is horrible now. His only good stat is his attack, which is a base 120, is decent, but many things can hit harder, such as Landorus, Thundurus, Tornadus, Braviary, Emboar, Electivire, Golurk, Bisharp, Mienshao, Gyarados, Terrakion, Scizor, Breloom, Garchomp, Absol, Mamoswine, Magmortar, Hydreigon, Azelf, Roserade, Zapdos, Moltres, Latios, Espeon, Gengar, Porygon Z, Alakazam, Volcarona, and Chandelure, can ALL hit harder (whether it be physically or specially), have MUCH better speed, and all have diverse movepools, which Luxray does not have. The only good moves that Luxray has to support its high stat are Wild Charge, Superpower, Crunch, and Return, which offers alright coverage at best. And plus, it doesn't even matter, since anything that's faster than it can smash it's 79 Base Defenses with a STAB attack or a Ground move and score a probable OHKO. The only viable set for it is a Scarf set, and its not hard to counter a choiced set. The opponent just waits for you to lock yourself into the wrong move and set up on you.
