Garchomp: 57% Uber (52 OU, 70 Uber, 5 Abstain)
Latias: 21% Uber (98 OU, 26 Uber, 3 Abstain)
Manaphy: 31% Uber (83 OU, 37 Uber, 7 Abstain)

Manaphy is now considered to be OU, Latias still is OU, and Garchomp remains Uber. I thought I would post this before anyone else. @modslease update the first post.
