In the longterm, they rise, because supply of them gets smaller and smaller as time goes on. However, in the shortterm, they tend to drop in price as there's a sudden drop in demand.

Cards are generally more likely to lose value than gain it, with a few exceptions for particularly rare cards.

How good price is 20 dollars for an elite trainer box? I saw Trollandtoad took 36 dollars for them. Here in sweden they usually cost 50 dollars which is WAY to much, but a swedish store accidentally put them out for 20 dollars. I ordered two yesterday, and yes I do feel horrible and probably going to hell for this, and yes they did ship it today. The question is, should I buy more?

I think you should, you get dice, sleeves, many stuff, and they are at a low price that you may never see again, so, go for it, it's an offer. And well, it's up to you to decide.

Okay, thanks. Its just that I wasn't gonna buy these elite trainer boxes at all, since I'm not in desperate need of the sleaves or anything. But I bought 2 more, cause I'm pretty sure I get the money back from just selling the packs even if I take into account the shipping and the seller fee on Swedish ebay :) If I should regret it, I mean :p

I've seen 2 different zekrom full arts from B&W set.
One has a black background while the other has a gray background.
So I wonder why this is? and if it's an error of some kind, which is the "right" one?

Looking at Ebay completed listings is probably the best way to get valuation on most cards. The market fluctuates too much for value books to really be accurate anymore.

A blue Kangaskhan? I was just wondering if this happens often with pokemon cards - do some get printed more dark than others. I have two Kangaskhan jungle holos and one seems like it has blue mixed in with the white background.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but do AmiAmi restock older set booster boxes?
If so, when, if not, a reliable place to pick up a few of older booster boxes?

Thinking about swapping to Japanese cards.

Depends on how old you mean by "older". If they're listed as "back order" there's a decent chance they'll get them in again and you could place a back order for them; anything that's sold out will remain so. Ebay, Collector's Cache, and PokéVault are all websites I've used in purchasing older Japanese cards that are no longer available via AmiAmi.

The EX SR cards will probably show up on yahoo japan auctions sometime, so I know I'll pretty much have to wait on that. But the JR Train rally promos I can't find ANYWHERE. Yahoo auctions japan, any card retailer in japan (online and physical), any trader here. I found one trader a while back but he sold them off before we finished our deal :(

So if anyone can find any leads on tracking those cards down I'd really appreciate it :D

Neo Destiny Japanese booster packs... Do these exist anywhere? I can't seem to even find the cards for the set on eBay. I know the english version is expensive, how about the Japanese version?

I won this Porygon CD promo on a auction and noticed it had a little miscut, I dont know if its real or not as I have never seen any of these cards around (Miscut) but I suppose it is because it came from a legit seller. I wonder if anyone has seen or have similar miscut, maybe from the same run? (Porygon/Snorlax CD Promo)
