Maybe have 1 participant from each team? I'm sure at least 1 of us from each team has a 3DS... although, if you choose competitive battling, god help us.

Choose two people with 3DS', assign them team captain, and do school house pick for 2 teams instead of 3?

He could just say a game that's in Japanese. Only person who has a chance at even owning it would be SF, and he isn't fluent in Japanese yet
