No, it's because he didn't post it at midnight. He wants each of the rounds to begin and end at midnight.

No, Midnight at PP's time for us is 6pm. I get about 4 and a half hours following that to guess, before I then lose 7 and a half hours. Then I get half an hour. Then I lose 6 and a half hours, and get a few little 10 minutes sections between then. Then, I have 3 hours to guess.

With daylight savings I'm at +11. Same as James and R3vesor I'mpretty sure.
