You actually need to design an entire pokemon city, make a physically moving life-size replica of it, with traffic, wastes, electricity and the economy working perfectly.

An extra, the main challenge will be for everyone on the team to make a 3D model of a Pokemon with the word drive in a pokedex entry and upload it to the site. It will mainly be marked on colour and imagination, but also teamwork.
You may spray-paint your car like a Pokemon if you do not have the necessary tools needed to complete this task for little money.

If you aren't happy with your Visible teamwork score, you will be scored on every team challenge with some percentage of your score being visible teamwork. So you have chances to improve it.

Good job team! I couldn't have made the banner without your input. Celever, if you want a good note to take from this, you saved The Admirals from losing a teammate.

We would have just added two more dots. You don't actually know if we would have lost, since they lost because of the forgotten colours. Everything else was tied, and would have stayed the same.

Also the next challenge is sorta artsy, but not like pretty colors artsy.
That, and parking lots, should help you do pretty well for prepping it.

Also just going to throw this out here but actually I think that my favourite banner must be the admirals, I mean, there is a perfect tie between the name, the admirals, and the straight up blunt view that it has with the basic colours and he toning down of happy bright colours. Add onto it with he fact that samurott use perfect mascot for that kind of thing and I really am surprised that you were as close to losing someone as you were!

If there were just points for the banner, Admirals would've won, while both Kyushu and Power Outage would've both have been eliminating someone.
