I don't believe it says anywhere that it is a day and an hour. The bid I used on you doesn't say it either.

Also, since it says the same time, if I submit now, does that means that RG also has to submit at the SAME TIME I do? If so, I'll gladly submit my essay right now (since I doubt 2500 points will make a difference.

Yes, but if I submitted, then you'd be forced to submit as well, to uphold that rule. Nothing is saying that 'RG must submit first, then James'.

Please learn to read. It's to submit at the same time as me. If you want to go literal, you're not allowed to submit yet, as I haven't submitted. You have to submit at the same time as me. Not before, not after. The exact same time. Good luck pinpointing the exact second I'm going to submit if you wanna take it literally.

You're joking right. Nothing is saying that I cannot submit until you submit. Nothing is saying that I have to follow YOUR lead. Just because it says your name, doesn't mean it isn't interchangeable between us. It's simply saying that we must submit at the same time.

And of course, that same time could have been 5 minutes ago. Whoops.

You were trying to interoperate it over literally, that's why I posted that. It's clear that that's not what it's saying, but if you want to be a literal smart alec as you were trying to be,then yes, that's what it means. And if it did say we have to submit at the same time, it would be phrased "Whomever receives this penalty and RaichuGirl have to submit at the same time", not the phrasing it uses.

-Someone read the prisoner's dillema, submits when no one else did and gets crowned second place after P.

-They all google search the prisoner's dillema now that I mentioned it, work on their essays and deliver them in time, AKA "the thing that was going to happen anyway".

So you've got either a no-victory scenario, a competitor victory scenario, or a neutral scenario. bad, impossible (because let's face it, none of them ever heard of the prisoner's dillema), the same as always.

EDIT: Just got off of a Facebook Chat group. Another 12500 on Celever.

WRTs to submission time, both RG and WW/Celever have to submit by 11:59pm MST on the 13th. So you have just less than 25.5 hours.
