Green has two former Admirals.
Blue has a 2/3 chance of having two former Kyushus.
and Yellow has two former Phan Club
It'll be interesting to see how these voting blocks affect the game. They aren't enough for a majority, so the real action happens now. Especially as you can keep your old QTs and rendezvous with your old teammates.

I don't think Professor is letting is letting us make our own QTs anymore, seeing as how he's making them all this round.

Your new QTs won't erase the old Admirals/Power Outage/Phan Club/Kyushu QTs. So they'll still be in the hands of former members.
