So it looks like I'm the best person to do the job of making the banner? I'm fine with that, as long as I get plenty of input from you guys. I made "first draft" of sorts for the banner and I'll put it in the QT in a second.
Celever (and anyone else on my team who's tried to answer the questions), post your answers in the QT, and what you know is right and whatnot. I haven't asked any questions yet because I was busy making the sample banner.
