RE: The Challenge: Season 4 - Challenge 16 is up!
Unless you had a recent sex-change, then I doubt you're female.
Anyway, here's what I have so far:
Yoga is one of the healthiest activities, many say, as it gives true enlightenment to both the mind, and the soul. Many of its exercises relax the user, calming the mind and allowing for a sense of alignment with the earth. Yoga comes from ancient India, and can be derived from two phrases, yujir yoga, to yoke, or yuj samādhau, to concentrate. Both of these terms defines yoga as a concentration of changing a state of mind. Various traditions of yoga come from Buddhism, Hinduism and the small populated Jainism. In Hindu, yoga is one of the six schools of philosophy, while in Buddhism, it is an important part of the Tibetan area.
Yoga is a very complicated activity, with many different exercises, motives, outcomes and goals affecting and deciding the factors of it. Some of the exercises focus more on the relaxation of the head, while other mainly focus on quiet and silence. Many different people have different motives and hopeful outcomes towards yoga. Some want to become more aligned with earth, while others want to be calm. Some want to simply exercise in another way, that isn't as strenuous as a sport, or running on a treadmill. Most also have goals towards yoga. Some want to be committed to an exercise, while others, simply want to be enlightened.
Yoga contains many different exercises, each focused on different outcomes and movements. Many of the most popular yoga exercises are the simplest, but they hide the fact that they are indeed difficult to handle. One of the most popular yoga exercises is the "Mountain Pose", which involves, as many people see it, standing around. Behind its simple appearance, it involves allowing the heels to root the ground, the muscles of the legs to always be engaged, and the shoulders being stacked over the hips. The user of the exercise then breathes calmly, allowing a mountain like stature.
