Thank you for the pity, I made a huge goof.. (Great way to start off, huh :L?) I thought all members of each team were meant to write there own story, then have the point total of the groups story added up. I feel like an idiot for reading over the challenge about 6 times and still not understanding the actual objective.. Sorry guys ;-; I'll try not to goof again.. If we loose the challenge then just send me off, again sorry guys..

I'm extending the courtesy to the other teams as well. If you need to revise your submission after sending it in, I will allow you the chance to edit it just once. Platinums have wasted their revision.

4 days? That doesn't seem like much time at all. Oh well. I guess it's workable. Alright, Platinum's, let's do this!

So, how are we going to divide the work? Should we all just write 170ish words each and then try to fit them all together? Should we each try to write our own 1,000 words and pick one persons story to go with? Or should 1 person write the whole thing and the rest suggest changes? Devin, did you already write the whole 1,000 words? Good job. Another option is everyone just suggest changes for Devin's story, if he has indeed written the whole thing.

I think we should either all write our own essays, or just have 1 person write the whole thing. Dividing it out 170ish words each would get a little messy. People may end up talking about the same topics, thus requiring more edits and more work, and it relies on everyone being active. If 1 person is writing the whole thing, who would like to do it?

We don't necessarily need QT's for this challenge, since the other team is writing about different topics.

Question for PG: Do we get more or less points for writing a longer essay? Or does it not matter? Also can we use a Google doc?

We can do a QT right now (not at this exact moment, but in this challenge).

And, why do you ask if we can use a Google Doc? It would make no sense to ban them...

Yeah god dammit PG writing is okie my strong suit and you picked it for the time I'm out of town to do the biggest writing challenge ever.

Also I presume it is normal word count rules (900-1100)?

I'll proof it and stuff when I get back Friday and Saturday lol. It's in 4 AM Sunday so I have the whole of Saturday to write my little bit and check over other parts. If we're doing writing I'll probs take leadership when I get back subconsciously, so you've been warned lol.

Actually the at minimum means I kinda want to do that.

Everyone has their own chapter! Each chapter should be 500-600 words!

welp I'm here now. And yes, although I've done alright in the writing challenges last season, I'm not so sure about this time (the topic doesn't really suit me all that much) so I'll probably sit back and be an editor :p I'm not saying I won't be doing anything, just maybe a bit less :/
Anyway now that this has started I'm looking forward to more exciting challenges :D

Also in advance my internet may or may not be down over the next few days/week. (sorting it out with my ISP now)

I don't see how us dividing the work of one story is really going to work out, so I think our best option is for us to all write a story, then pick the best. After we choose one then we can all edit it a bit. And yes, my story was 1000 words, but I already goofed once, so I don't think putting your hope completely in me would be a good idea xD

Actually we can only come first to not be voted out. 2 people are leaving... But I think I'm up to the challenge.
